How returns work with custom-made.

Every bobblehead is handcrafted specifically for you. While custom-made items are not eligible for standard returns, we're committed to providing support if any quality issues arise.

1. Preview Photos Before Shipping

Before your bobblehead is shipped, we may provide preview photos during the sculpting process. This gives you the opportunity to review your custom figure and request reasonable adjustments before production is finalized.

2. Changes Before Production

If you need to update photos, modify design details, or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Changes are easiest to accommodate before production begins.

3. Address Changes

If your shipping address changes, please contact us immediately with your order number and updated address information.

Address changes can be made before the order has been shipped.

4. Quality Inspection

Every bobblehead undergoes quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our production standards.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect due to our error
  • Significantly different from the approved preview

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.

7. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 72 hours.

1. Custom-Made Products

Every Bobblegifts product is handmade and personalized specifically for the customer who ordered it.

Because each item is created uniquely for one individual, custom products generally cannot be returned or resold.

2. Order Cancellation Before Production

Orders may be canceled before production begins for a full refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

3. Order Cancellation After Production Starts

Once sculpting or production has begun, cancellation requests may be subject to a production fee based on the amount of work already completed.

The fee helps cover labor, materials, and processing costs invested in creating your custom item.

4. Expected Handmade Characteristics

Each bobblehead is handcrafted by professional artists based on the photos provided.

Small artistic variations may occur and are considered a normal part of the handmade process.

These variations do not affect the overall quality or functionality of the product.

5. Custom Items Approved During Production

If preview photos are provided and approved during production, requests for returns or refunds based solely on personal preference may not be eligible.

6. Situations Not Eligible for Returns

Returns, exchanges, or refunds generally cannot be accepted for:

  • Personal preference changes after delivery
  • Minor handmade variations
  • Customer-provided photo inaccuracies
  • Incorrect information submitted during ordering
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
