Faster Sculpting: Faster 5-7 Business Days(Free Proofing and Revisions Included)(+CA$15.00)

Fastest Sculpting: Fastest 3 Business Days(No Proofing)(+CA$30.00)

Orders placed after 12 PM GMT+8 or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

4. International Shipping 

We ship worldwide! However, please note:  
- Customs & import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.  
- Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing.  
- Some restricted items may not be eligible for international shipping.  

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package. If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at service@bobblegifts.com.  

6. Shipping Address & Corrections 

- Ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout.  
-If you need to modify your address, contact us immediately at service@bobblegifts.com. Changes may not be possible once the order is processed.  
- Bobblegifts is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.  

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days for assistance.  
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email us at service@bobblegifts.com within 48 hours of delivery.  
- Bobblegifts is not liable for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

RETURN POLICY

Style, Size, and Photo Changes
For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the molding and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of 40% restocking fee based on the item's price, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new. Restocking fee often includes raw material used, human cost, and the handling fee.

Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Damaged/Misprinted Items
If we sent the wrong order or item(s), or you received any broken items, Please Contact Us, and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue, we will give you a full refund. It should be noted that our products will undergo STRICT QUALITY INSPECTION before shipment. Due to the damage caused by FORCE MAJEURE FACTORS (weather, transportation process, etc.), we will negotiate with you for a partial refund, please be aware.

Cancellations

Sculpting, especially when the subject is a human, is a very subjective process. It is an art, not a science. Since all the sculpting is done based on photographs (which may or may not be good likenesses of the subject), the quality of the photo provided is very important in achieving a strong likeness. But even with a good photo, because of the subjectivity involved with the art of sculpting, some people may see a strong resemblance to the person, and others may not. With a good photo however, we should be able to obtain a good likeness with our specially-trained artists.

Return
If we sent the wrong order or item(s), or you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective. Please Contact Us and attach some clear photos of the items that could present a quality issue, we will offer you a full/partial refund or exchange service.

We are not able to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any other reasons except for those listed above, because our products are all personalized, which takes an extraordinary amount of time of our skilled craftsmen.

Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

☆Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
☆Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
☆Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
